Pusat Koperasi Kredit Begatigade Ende Neggara (PuskopditBEN) is the central co-ordinating organisation for 62 small micro-finance credit unions in Ende on the Island of Flores, NTT, Indonesia. Each credit union has between 100 and 5000 members. The smaller ones are often closely associated with a larger credit union. The total membership to date is close to 35,000 people. Each member has the right to take out small loans to help business or personal development or, conversely, make savings.

PuskopditBEN is affiliated to the Asian Confederation of Credit Unions which issues guidelines and advice relating to the management of micro-finance as does the World Council of Credit Unions.

PuskopditBEN is currently working with SwissContact on a project to improve and enhance its customer service profile and standards and cascading this to all the PuskopditBEN credit unions. This is placing great strain on the current accommodation and PuskopditBEN are in the process of seeking funding to help build new training facilities.
